As I was doing runs I felt like restarting was quicker than starting the game. So I clocked the times and what I found was about a 3 and a half seconds difference between starting and restarting. Even though that it's 3 and a half seconds it is a time save. If you are wondering what setting I used it was 1680 x 1050 (screen resolution) Fastest (graphic quality) Windowed The level I used was internship There were no booster used The setting for the level was mild, woman So now that's out of the way here were the times. The timing was done for starting was when I clicked the "start game!" button and for restarting after I clicked "yes" in the "do you want to restart?" menu. I stopped the timing when I see the overview screen. There two groups running the game (not closing the game every time) which have ten times. Then the group was closing the game after I restarted. Let's start with group 1 Group 1 Starting 7.29 7.11 7.24 7.21 7.16 7.15 7.14 7.11 7.26 7.10 avg. 7.18 (7.177) Restarting 3.79 3.63 3.59 3.47 3.89 4.17 4.16 4.42 4.66 5.31 avg. 3.72 So without closing the game there are about 3 and a half-second differences which while not much like I said it is still time save. Now group 2 only has 5 times (because opening and closing the game would take a lot of time). So group 2 times are... Group 2 Starting 7.19 7.13 7.17 7.23 7.24 avg. 7.19 (7.192) Restarting 3.65 3.73 3.65 3.61 3.73 avg. 3.67 (3.674) Now it's about yet another 3 and a half seconds. Now like I said not much of time differences but still causes time save. So if we were to change the time I would start at when it tells you your objective, boosters, etc. Now there may be human error (I was using live split for all the timing)so take that as you will. Anyways thanks for reading!
