In the Kingdom current WR, the timer starts in character creation, but the rules say the timer should start when the world map loads. Is there a reason for this?

me and lesser_scholar talked about it after he uploaded his run and decided the timer should start when the world map loads because thats how other rpg speedruns seem to do it
