I have come to inform you of a new advent in our operation records, especially the operation within Londinium, Absolved will be the Seekers. As you may know, or have been informed via the authoritative channels, Rhodes Island will be holding a contest for the new operators and Elite ones alike. Having finished a thorough and a complete review of our previous battle records, a desire was expressed for further efficiency that may Help alleviate the current circumstances plaguing our on-going operations has. As such, we will be holding a contest using the battle records of area 20 within the 14th volume of our battle records, also known as 14-20, to take suggestions to improve speed, safety and efficiency of conducting these operation.

If participation proves to be successful, further testing and suggestions shall be made for area 3, vol. H14, also known as H14-3.

Successful conduct, swift execution and exceptional strategies shall be rewarded handsomely in accordance with your efforts. I will additionally offer free help and consultation in 14-20, but not H14-3. Operator W shall also participate, along with her new gear. However her most explosive skill that she has acquired is prohibited as it has proven too powerful and unreliable a metric for a healthy strategy that's applicable. It only promotes solo work and puts others at a risk of overdependence and reliance.

Objective

• Clear the stage 14-20 manually as fast as possible while following the requirements listed

Rules

Runs on phase 1 are split between the Reserve Operator League and the Elite Operator League:

• Reserve Operator League are players who have less or equal to 30 E2 Operators in their account. This League will have to clear 14-20 on Story Mode
• Elite Operator League are players who have more than 30 E2 Operators in their account. This League will have to clear 14-20 on Adverse Mode

Both Leagues would also have to follow the same ruleset:

• The stage must be cleared manually, meaning autos are not allowed.
• The stage cannot have a 'leak' and must achieve a 3 star rating.
• Wisadel's 3rd Skill is prohibited but you are allowed to use her Skill 1 or Skill 2.
• Runs for the Reserve Operator League must include a recording of your E2 operators from the squad selection screen. This is used to make sure you are on the correct League and create a even playing field

Note:

• A full squad is not necessary for a valid entry
• You are allowed to use support units
• You are allow to use practice plans

Timings

You are encouraged to independently check the time you get through the use of a frame counter to know your time before submitting.

First Frame when DP bar BEGINS to fill. (If it's laggy, mods might use a different method.)

End:

• On the first frame when the opaque Mission Success screen appears.
• First frame when the DP bar STOPS filling
