Starting soon after new years, all runs will be retimed. Many runs from the past have been timed incorrectly leading to a lot of leaderboard inaccuracies, even at the top level. We'll be going through all runs, getting a frame count from the video, and dividing it by the video framerate to get an accurate time, starting from WR and going down to the bottom. The rules will also be updated to be more clear about what frames timing starts and stops on for the sake of consistency.
