The patch has finally arrived. The waiting period we had has made a lot of new development about the game such as mods, frame rate..etc. Let's check out over the changes we've made to the boards:
1. The addition of NG+ This is similar to Original NGII with all equipment available at the start (including True Dragon Sword and Blade of the Archfiend). We assume that this might be also much more popular category than chapter challenge due to not selecting next chapter per segment.
2. Updated FPS rules Some runners made good suggestions for giving us extra certainty when verifying runs. We also allowed the usage of Frame Generation (in-game screen settings). This setting artificially increasing the frame rate, games not only look smoother but also feel more responsive to input. For example, your game will still run at 60 FPS while the frame generation sits there to only make the game run better. Naturally, there is a limit to this. Therefore, runners must ensure that they can force the game to cap at 120 FPS through NVIDIA control panel or Rivatuner.

For the time being, we are only adding new game categories as we await the mid-February patch, which will include important balance adjustments and additional features that could greatly impact the game. I will also create a forum post to track the current and past versions.
