I'm making a list of strats, feel free to mention stuff I possibly forget to mention/if new stuff gets found and I'll update the list! (posting this on forums intead of guides so you can comment under this)
- STAIRS MOVEMENT: going up the stairs facing forward might be faster than holding diagonally (not 100 % sure on this)
- ENTERING YOUR ROOM: if you're about to interact with the bed, entering the room while pressing "D" is faster
- NIGHTS 2-4/MIDNIGHT 0: you can move during black screens (PC only, except Midnight 0 which works on mobile too)
- NIGHT 2: interacting with objects while talking: you can grab the broom and open the toilet door while talking to Shrek
- NIGHT 2: you can clean the two dirty spots in the middle with only one sweep (this has been proven to happen only twice, so I'm not sure if it can be consistent or just luck)
- NIGHT 2: after hiding the painting, you can move closer to the bed before Shrek opens the door and starts talking (mobile only)
- NIGHT 4: you can move down the stairs while Shrek is talking to you about the painting
- NIGHT 4: Carl can push you to the correct direction when you grab the final box if you're standing in his way. If you manage to grab the box while the push happens, it saves time.
- NIGHT 4: if you're faster with the last box than Carl, he can push you forward when Shrek is talking to you (only useful on PC, since on mobile he runs next to where the painting was instead of his room)
- MIDNIGHT 0: you don't need to fully enter Carl's room to trigger the jumpscare, also facing towards Shrek's direction triggers it immediately (you can do all of this during the black screen)
- NIGHT 5: interacting with objects while talking: you can stretch the bars when main character is still talking after drinking the Shrek Juice (EDIT: this method actually seems to lose time over waiting next to the Shrek Juice container while drinking the can)

ion no if this is placebo but going up the stairs facing forward seems faster than holding diagonally
During midnight, you dont need to get really inside, just some moments and if u get out right away looking towards were shrek jumpscares you, will work anyways, this can save many seconds as it can be all done during the loading screen
When you are entering your room, if its for sleeping or interacting with the bed, you can enter while pressing "D" and as it can will be much faster.
