Any% No skips would be any% but you're not allowed to press 'Plus' and 'A' to skip cutscenes and text dialogue, or anything you can skip. You're allowed to mash through text cutscenes with 'A' and 'B' though, as long as there's no use of 'Plus' and 'A'. Any other skips like the nuclear dump facility skip are allowed. Even if they skip past cutscenes somehow.

TL;DR - Just any% but you can't press 'Plus' and 'A' to skip ANYTHING.

Why? No.

Because people run categories like this in many other games.

It's not going on the leaderboards, honestly. It's a 19 hour run for no real reason. i've done it myself and it's awesome. Feel free to do it all you want, but it's not a competitive category :)
