Ok, the education thing glitched out at the start, being stuck on 2 weeks. This meant that I lost out on saving just over a year. There was an unnecessary long war with France, which also could have saved 2 years. I had to unify with Prussia twice. Sub 2 hours is possible, but 1:30 is unlikely. My other attempts ended because I could not beat France and the other German states when doing the German Unifying thing, so there must be a way to optimise it such that you do not need to go to war with France (maybe get them into an alliance?). I also accidentally dropped my phone on my keyboard at some point. I will attempt this again to try and get a closer time to what I was hoping for (being 1:50). I would also love to work with actually good speed runners to improve at this game.
