@speedrunner_qwerty just like with any speedrun I'd watch the fastest time to see how they do all/certain areas you want to learn or are struggling with. Take notes/refer to their video and practice each and every area. I'd practice navigating the loophole menu as you'll be using it a lot. There's no movement tech or glitches you need to learn in this game - it's just hold run and look where you want to go lol. Audio cues are useful to know when to do certain things eg. the 2nd Anne section when she comes back to the waiting room, since I run straight to her. Sometimes I run games first without strats from other people, as this gives me a base time to run against. And most of the time there is less to learn that way.

I imagine the 100% category could be beaten using strats from Any%, so someone could get record on both easily.

Is there a reason to interact with Sabine twice? As far as I know you only need to talk to her once, run to the chair and spam through her dialogue when she catches up.
