I've heard that only friend lobbies have this issue and public lobbies are unaffected

So you can create a public lobby, wait for your friend to join, and then lock it. That workaround should hopefully fix it

I guess using bhop is now allowed? Could you at least make it a separate category, since all previously submitted runs didn't use it

Money is basically XP in this game. So you end up just losing 0.5 EXP points with this exchange. It's not a huge deal if you can make up for it with quicker customer transactions
