Let us know here if you have update regarding your run, since currently you can't edit runs once they are submitted. Also please do not care about runs that were submitted on January (from Elgus Quake to Jazzys ESA).
We are planning to do runs from 24 hours to 30 hours, depending how many submissions we are getting, we will keep you updated in early January!
As you might have guessed, all runners get free entry to the event. Tickets for the event can be bought from here if you get cut or just want to visit the Assembly. And as said in masshousing thread, masshousing is free for runners and for those who buy the ticket (if you need airmatress and/or sleeping bad, check masshousing thread for more).
We don't (currently) know runners are gonna get tickets to event, most likely with their real name and nickname, we are gonna inform you as soon as we know. If you have ANY questions about the event don't hesitate to ask.
Do you have special needs for your run or do you have something on your mind regarding equipments we have? All the necessary info can be found here and if not, make sure to ask!
We are providing TV's and computers for the runs, and info about or gaming PC's will be posted here when we know what gear we are going to get.

Mass-housing: Mass-housing is free for all runners and attendees, but you need bring your own gear, so air mattress, sleeping bag, pillow and such. Mass-housing is located in the venue itself so there is no need to leave the site!

The given links give you pretty much all the info you need to get to the venue by using public transport. If you depart from the train station, every train stops at the Pasila train station. The venue is a 5 minute walk from the Pasila station. There are many signs that will help you reach the venue, just follow the signs where it says Messukeskus.

Sunnuntaina tapahtuman jälkeen yhteistä istumista Kuopiossa keskustassa sijaitsevassa bowling dinerissa, mikäli tulee tarpeeksi lössiä niin varaan pöydän etukäteen. Matress: We can't sadly provide free mattress, but we will purchase one for you with added cost. It will cost 15€. After event, you can keep it or leave it for us for next FinnRuns event.
If you need mattress, please post on this thread and we will reserve one for you. Pay 15€ in cash to carska in event.
Shower: There is showers in mass housing that you can use through the event.
You can buy GyoStage LAN tickets starting from tomorrow! Make sure to get them early if you are going to also take part of the LAN event.
It also depends if you are coming Thursday or Friday if you can catch carpool. But Tampere is closer to Kuopio than Helsinki is.
As mentioned on main thread, it pays 5€ to into event if you are not running anything on FinnRuns3. But if you are attending as our guest and you are sincerely interested from our speedrun event, you can post here and put your name in guest list to get in for free. But if you want to support GyoStage and pay 5€ entrance fee, you are more than welcome to do so.
NOTE! You can only post here as yourself so you can't put any others name on list. If you want to participate on LAN-party itself, you'll have to buy ticket for that from GyoStage website.
