It also happens in Jacques however it was because the Jacques music was part of The Stewart Copeland Anthology, however, again, just ignore it.
Just ignore it, it really doesn't your channel any harm unless you are monetizing from the speedrun videos, as long as you don't monetize from the videos it really isn't worth going through their very liable service.
no, glitchless is not being added, you may do glitchless runs for the "fun" of it but there is never gonna be glitchless leaderboards.
there is, just send me info about the cat and the runs that have been done and i'll add them to the memeboards
which reminds me, if you want a meme category somewhere that might be interesting, just DM me on discord or PM me on twitch

"Its really quite simple logic. There is LITERALLY no valid reason to ban 2.0 right now - it was just a poor, rushed and stubborn decision to ban it. I dont see how unbanning 2.0 is even up for debate. There is no long discussion necessary - it is obvious that it should be unbanned. Unban it asap."
OK, right, the discussion went on for way too fucking long, so dont go about saying "rushed" to be quite frank with you, we were tired discussing emus either way. plus, if 2.0 is SO SIMILAR to 1.9.25, use 1.9.25 then, dont complain to the internet only because you cant be assed to change emus
or...............................
GET A PSTV
can we just get this thread removed pls since we have had enough of emulator talks
PS1 - Mednafen and XEBRA
They use a basically replicated PS1 core making them the most accurate for ps1 emulation.
Just putting this here, psx emus are in most circumstances based off a core that is like the psx core, meaning loads are accurate, however some emus dont get the core right and it causes bad things
grant i did some tests and it was very out of what is expected from emu
nobody knows except for maybe Jumpyluff but he doesnt really operate on the forums here, nobody that we know of has tested every version of the game
um, probably not, that'll probably need to be looked into in more depth, since we dont want emus generally being faster than ps2 sds (or maybe closer to ps1 instead)
but again, we would need to see this in action to really tell whether its acceptable or not, but it would be interesting to see something that could possibly be competitive to vita/tv on emu tho
but obv, we would like to see official hardware (consoles and such) be the version that most people should run on
Could the following categories be added to the spyro 1 misc. categories
Vortex 80 Dragon
Jumpy, where would we be without you
I agree with Pat entirely.
Emulators should not be much faster than PS1, as they are a PS1 Emulator, if a emu was to operate at PS2 FDS and can run PS1 games would most likely be labelled as a PS2 emulator due to having the PS2 FDS ability.
As someone who has once used pSXfin, there was a lot of things wrong with it, in Spyro 1, pSXfin was mostly accurate except for a major input delay which could result in random flops off ledges and stupid movement errors. Spyro 2 seemed to be quite affected, with the start menu seemingly taking longer to load up fully and also load times seemed slow, and still there was a massive input delay. Spyro 3 could only run v1.0 and had many errors with it, it had a chance of a random crash here and there and when trying to start the game, would take around 17-20 seconds to load the first cutscene, or load a save file off a memory card.
Hope this makes some sort of sense, forum posts are hard when on 2 hours of sleep.

I recommend you have a look at what livesplit customisations there are and see if you can incorporate into your timer some if not most of those features they have plus any special features that people have requested.
Another thing you should try to do is to make it lightweight on memory so that people with older machines or machines that struggle with livesplit etc. can run the timer while having many customisable options to use and play around with.
If you cant use livesplit and want some images of the options that livesplit I'd be happy to give you screenshots.
Wally.
