Unless i was told wrong crouching and melee is something that all platforms can do and is allowed, however there is a fast melee glitch that we banned that can only be done on the PC version of the game. To do this glitch you would shoot and hold down the shooting button (LMB) and then you could spam the melee button as fast as you could.
I didnt use fast melee i can explain to you what it is if you want but i rejected the run because of skipping like i said in the rejection.
I dont care about having WR to boost my self esteem like other people i just so happen to have the fastest time rn for a lot of runs i like to do.
its a random chance for him to spawn you just have to run by the window over and over and get lucky
