The real time is the time of which it takes from you first spawning to when no more input is required to complete the speedrun (aka when the minigame is finished). The in-game is based on the timer shown at the end of the run.

I used razer synapse since it works with my mouse (it’s a razer mouse). Then I just bound my mouse wheel function to tab :)

in any% any strategy or glitch is allowed, fastest being the watch as of now. The most common glitch-less strategy is just looking at a monster or skip the watch

I agree, I'd say exit% is to leave by completing the last minigame with the heartrate, and any% being finding the wall. I'm not sure if this is what you meant but that's my thoughts.
