With the decent amount of strats and optimizations we currently have, what do you think, is the lowest time possible for a cavern% run? I did a 4:46 recently and trust me there is definitely some room for Improvement. I think personally we may be able to go down all the way to 4:30 (since console is slightly differemt) but maybe even 4:25. What do you guys think?

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=0lGNKLvJzrU Level 16 17 18 and 19 of caverns (world 1) are some of the hardest level to do at a fast pace in caverns and it’s honestly annoying because im pretty sure there no strats to make it any better, nothing consistent atleast as explainned in the video. If you find any strats, tell me.

I've done some researchs and from what i could find. or more like what i realised nobody ever done a run of SMB on mobile despite the existence of delta and GBA4IOS (Although they're all gone today sadly) ...but then i found one video. on a very strange channel. that has only ONE video .. the video is about a speedrun of pokemon green any% where the person use a few glitches to wrong warp to the end cutscene. why am i mentioning this? because it was done on A PHONE emulator. more precisely GBA4IOS when it was still available. one if not the only mobile speedrun of a game that isn't available on mobile. so that what made me do my researchs and made me realise that NOBODY has done this outside from that very person or atleast i could not find any documentation So MARK my words i shall speedrun SMB on mobile (Although i'll never get a world record due to both not being that great with mobile emulator controls and also due to not being good with the new tricks. but i'll do it for the sake of doing something in gaming that have never been done before, in case any of you wonders i will use the online website that provide the possibility to play retrogames on pc but also on MOBILE with ZERO download required. im talking about retrogames.onl so i assume its allowed, it should be because there zero problems with it its lagless it emulate the games perfectly as well. so mark my words!

I’ve thought about a concept of running daggerhood daggerless.. it would be called daggerless which would force you to play without the dagger, i also thought about a sub-category for this called ‘’teleportless’’ which allow you to use the dagger but not teleport with it. I will work on a run to see if the game is possible without the dagger but i feel like this would attract new players. And would give us an even bigger challenge. What do you guys think?

Do anybody believe we could get 5 mins or below in cavern or wouldnt it require insane strats ? My 5:56 run on mobile(current WR) wasnt even super optimized i made a few mistakes so i wonder. What would you guys assume would be the best possible cavern run. ? With the current meta i assume 5:30. But i may be wrong? Feel free to argument politely and with respect!

How about a boss rush Category? Beat all Bosses Levels as fast as possible. The run start when the first boss apear on screen and end when you defeat the last boss. How about this? I already am working on a boss rush run i feel like it would add More variety.

Hi im GamerYoshi360 im an sprite animator and a Speedrunner, i LOVE platforming games like super mario bros but also like a few other genres, Today i come here to ask you guys, for your help, i am awfully limited as i cannot record on pc and thus cannot Speedrun on pc.. So i speedrun on mobile However the problem is. Aside from super mario run I know of ABSOLUTELY no mobile games i can speedrun/that have a speedrun category, Could you guys suggest a few?
