I have seen quite a few speedruns on the no special towers catagory where they used g mini. Is g mini allowed on that catagory?

I did a speedrun with one of my friends and he told me he uses a built in "triple click" on his mouse wich triple clicks like all 0.5 seconds. Does that count as a autoclicker?
