Mods unbanned him because he was helping and overall nice to the community regardless of the situation he was in. I personally think that everyone deserves a second chance. And when it comes to verifying, mods will be specially strict to his runs without a doubt, you can count on that.

Autosplitter would solve this

Nothing is harder than Minecraft or Mirror's Edge speedruns. This isn't going to be huge pain in the ass

You can try submitting the category with an exemplary run and see if it gets accepted or not.

Start sprinting (W+Shift) right after the cutscene ends. It seems to be random, sometimes Tommy stumbles and sometimes he sprints immediately. Probably works on more cutscenes, but didn't test yet.

The first part is over 3 seconds slower compared to normal strat (due to making the clothes replay) and the second clip is only 1 second faster wich is still +2s.
