It's just All 10 main Endings and Last Story. Pure Hero, Hero, Neutral, Dark and Pure Dark; all of them with their Good & Bad ending versions, and ending with Last Story. NG+ is allowed for this.

Do have have the loader set to "Install Mods"? (It should display as "Uninstall Mods" if you do)

Also for GC controller you're gonna wanna use XInput Fix 1.0 for GC Controller which is located in the Resources tab.

And yeah, the camera will have a third-person view on Sonic when idle. I personally don't know what causes it except that it's to do with the mod loader.

The EXEs are not the same. You likely downloaded the incorrect IGT timer, as there's one for PC Disc, and one for Steam.

As for the camera bug, you need the Input Mod in order to fix this. It wouldn't be spinning on the Steam version because of the fact that not only was the Steam port built for Xbox controllers, but it was a port of the 360 version. If the mod loader doesn't have an Input Mod, its going to have the camera spin.

Also, you probably already have this since the game doesn't work without it, but make sure you download the US .exe of the game for confirmation.
