I don't think those are a problem because they don't give any speed advantage I could think of. Codename only effects post game scene where it says you codename so that doesn't matter. Also, the same thing would happen when playing multi so I don't see why not. The language change Is fine also because any difference would just be because of the versions used and not the language. At least I don't think there are any dialogue checks in this game. Even if there was it would just make players use the language to their advantage. Just like every other speedrun game.

Haha, well I just realized that I could just retime the ending for this so that it conforms to the rules of the category. It won't fix the split times, but it should allow me to submit this as a legitimate run.
I look forward to getting a legit run of this game going. My first one didn't go so well as I didn't read the rules clearly and it was my first time so my timing was all messed up and inconsistent. As for my second run of this, it was a lot better, but I forgot to clear some disk space to record so that footage is lost. Anyway, I'll be sure to have it all ready for my 3rd run tomorrow that will get rid of a lot of mistakes in my first run and show some better routes.
