Why do the rules say you must start with empty inventory? You can set yourself up so you start with whatever you want (except on Prologue, Case 0, and Case 1) which would obviously be the fastest.

Are we not counting the prologue in NG+ runs? The 2 runs here so far jump straight into case 0, skipping the prologue.
