Thanks for explaining, I managed to hit the right id multiple times now. French doesn't change anything except text is usually longer (ember vs flammèche).

So just started trying the trainer id manip on DSi XL, it does work. I was wondering, is the frame difference on the soft reset or the a press? I tried over 30 times and got a lot of +2 and -2 frames. If this is frame perfect, does anyone get really consistent at it? Also I am playing on the french version, does it make a difference at all?
