Imma be honest, I might be able to get something set up if someone could build a map, I'd be glad to host something like that. It'd take a little to get it working but I got a pretty beefy computer so if I got the server working I'd be able to host a lot of people.
/fill ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ end_portal twice I believe would work
Screen recording on a phone was what I was thinking, but Mango Man said it first. Me and my friend did something like that when we were playing speedrunner v hunter.
Can you stream it to something and then record it on that?
Also yes, if you abide by all of the rules, then it is a legit run, no matter how many glitches you use. (unless you put it in for glitchless, then dont use any glitches).
Any%? Yes, you can use any method of duplication and other glitches, as long as it is a minecraft glitch, and not an inventory editor like you said. If you are speedrunning solo it might also be beneficial to turn off multiplayer to prevent other people from joining during the run, because that would disqualify the run. Although it is not required to turn it off.
I'm not completely sure but I am pretty sure that you do not have to do a glitch to enter that category. If you do have to do a glitch, then just look up like an easy to do x-ray glitch or something, either way works.
That makes sense. I am trying to get mine working then maybe ill submit some runs to VR.
What about VR as a platform? You already have PC, Mobile, and Xbox, and VR is another platform that Minecraft bedrock can be played on, and the Minecraft devs have made an official app for the Oculus Rift that allows Minecraft Windows 10 Edition to be played in VR on the Oculus Rift, and with the Oculus Link for the Oculus Quest Minecraft Windows 10 Edition can also be played on Oculus Quest. There is also a way to make sure that they are using the official way to play because there is a way to switch between 2d and 3d modes and the start of the run could be when it is switched into 3d mode.
