After reviewing the footage, I am going to leave the time as is. The tool linked from another user is not a 100% accurate timer in all situations, as it relies on the YouTube upload and the frames shown there in 30 FPS, but is rather a tool that gets a very close approximate time. Until I find some way of adding a stopwatch with milliseconds on the original video which will have 60 FPS, this is the best representation of the time in my opinion. It's surprising how little info there is out there about stopwatches in milliseconds, or even more obvious, how to properly set up and time speedruns with 100% accuracy. All methods seem to have some sort of variance and the best we can do is just use our judgement and make the best educated decision we can.

@CaptNinja6 I DM'd you for more info, I am new to the scene and would love to learn. Will look at re-timing.

How are you able to clip through the chair in Act 8? I have been unable to do it no matter what I try. I tried a few different websites as well. None of them looked like the one you are using here. Any tips on how to clip through? Or what website are you using to play this version of the game?
