• There's 2 main problems with adding an "All courses" mode: Almost nobody plays even the base-8 mode, and (more importantly) the "Full" mode would have to be constantly changing when each new course is added.

• I'll add more E+H courses if the existing ones get any more action at all. Right now, they're pretty much clutter (and therefore almost shouldn't even be there).
