More grind than I care to admit went into this. I feel really good about the new Otumoetai route now. There's definitely still seconds left to shave off the overall run just with good execution.

Edit: Timer is right on the line, so it's fair to double check the start & end of the run. By my counting I started the timer 0.11s early & stopped it 0.02s late.
