Route help by RoxasTheHeroOfTime. We found this route in 1.0, but the only real difference is that the right tree in the courtyard after the screwdriver was patched to not be climbable. I will most likely will never return to this game, because this run is no longer fun and is just tedious. Sorry for destroying the game.
