In order to do the Theatre ticket skip:

1. Get the ticket.
2. Use it to open the Theatre doors.
3. Quit to menu (via Shift+Space) without entering the Theatre.

In your next run, the doors will still be open, as the trigger for closing the doors is inside the Theatre, and the state doesn't reset when you quit to menu.
