time to go through my route. the times will be reflective of the youtube video. 0:02 near perfect spawn. to get an insanely good time for chapter 7, spawn as close to the purple guy as possible. 0:06 and we're off. 0:25 for a perfect run, you should pass through this point when the timer is at 19 seconds. 0:30-0:35 a bit of a hiccup here. i could've saved quite a bit of time here. 0:38 one of my failed runs went off this cliff when the timer just hit 32 seconds, which is the best i've ever had. however for this run, it was between 32 and 33 seconds. i could save half a second if i play through the first 30 seconds flawlessly. 0:42 goomba jump lol 0:45-1:15 i don't see any places to improve here. 1:20 flawless jumps across the river of death 1:32 moved cursor here and talked to this guy to get my cursor positioned for some epic necessary dialogue later on 2:06 butterfly clicking frenzy 2:33 do you love corner cutting? 2:43 yikes that minor time loss at trumpet. can you spot it? 2:46 awesome trick 2:51 how come no one has done this skip besides me? it saves like 4 or 5 seconds 2:54 i could've done this part better ngl

in summary, 2:51 is theoretically possible, but only if every trick if executed flawlessly
