I have recently been speedrunning the with powerup categories with levels and is the blue boot slower than if you can run without stopping in the game?

I'm asking this because I can't seem to reach Mechdragon's 14:330 with the blue boot. I'm always .03 seconds off at fastest

Blue boot is slower. Did you know you tied with a TAS in "A Short Level"? (I was Tas checking it after I tied it three times.)

Well, I guess 12:40 is the minimum time we can get on A short level. And I need to fix my super easy road run at some point. I'm going for a sweep of the with powerup leaderboards currently.
