1st try princess heart, 2nd try subway skip, 1st try sewer skip and solid alessa/church skip

This beats my original sub 30 IGT time by quite a bit. There is time to save with not getting knocked down in hilltop and the hospital, but getting first try early skips and RNG loading times is disgustingly garbage in RTA.
