Sorry, no. I'm not familiar with the PC version so it's Saturn only.

I will research the PC version this weekend and add it as a format once I am familiar with it, so if you want to submit runs from the PC version that will be fine, similar rules will apply.

Update (2021 June 26):
The PC version seems to be exactly the same game as the Saturn version, except the home side is called PC Side instead of Saturn side. I have not unlocked everything as yet but so far all the content the Saturn version has seems to be there, so no problem if players want to run this version. I will update the categories to support PC version today.
