This run is bad but really shows the potential of 25:49 or even lower

Timelosses: ~2s to boards mistakes, ~2s to Scary Larry walking to the stairs slower idk if thats completely random or what but anyways, ~1s to pizzaman boss fight, ~4-5s in the boss fight

25:44 is likely the theoretical limit but I'm happy with 25:49 which is more realistic
