Anyone else ever have this problem? Randomly I'll get an Alt stage instead of the default in both Events and Classic mode, and this has happened ever since 3.6. No idea how to fix it aside from actually removing all the alt stages from my build
Trying to run All Events, but I just want to make sure that my run would be legal.
Helix has the same thing for Bowser's Castle (he might for other stages, I'm not sure) but for me, for some reason I never get alternate versions. I think your runs will be legal even with the stages alternating. I'd like to know which stages change though.
Yeah, like Shadrake said, this happens to me, too. Your run will still be accepted, as long as you're using the vanilla PM 3.6 build.
Awesome, glad to hear. Vanilla PM definitely seems to be the only way to ensure Events and Classic don't give wildly different stages.
I'm assuming Legacy TE / custom music would still be allowed for stuff like Break the Targets and SSE though yeah?
I use custom music tons, my own manually put in, and it plays in lots of Events and SSE levels. It's all good. Though I got informed it could increase load times. Not sure if it's true or not, I'm keeping my music.
The day PM runs have to optimize out custom music will be a sad day

All events looks neat, yeah. Gonna try everything and see what I like, might try Classic/Subspace is that Discord server called 1-player Project M? if so yeah
Oh thanks for putting that there! I run All Events and Subspace (Intense). Currently the only runner of the latter :/ Actually this isn't a chatroom I should just talk to you on Discord if I see you there lol
