This level was so close to having a great strategy for so long, but the hydraulic across the middle had to be 25%, and adjusting hydraulics is awful in a speedrun. Then I realized...25% contract of a 4m hydraulic is just 50% contract of a 2m hydraulic! It took a little more tweaking to get perfect, but eventually I got this design, which I'm very happy with!
