Changes to the leaderboards

I'm making this post to address things related to changes and clarifications on the leaderboards.

1. Archiving empty categories (75/85/120fps and RNGless RI1):

Due to lack of interest from anyone over the span of a few years I've decided to archive all non-60fps categories as well as RNGless Rooster Island 1. The main reason was that 60fps has become a well-established standard for years. In over 2 years of the categories' existence there was only one run (not even publicly available at the moment) across the 10 archived categories from the creator of these categories, which at this point feels like nothing but a clutter. That being said, I'm willing to bring any of the archived categories back when there's interest.

2. Not using loadless timer

Loading times in PK2 are very miniscule, usually ranging from basically instant (can't see the LOADING... text) to about 3-4 frames of the LOADING... text. From my observations, a level loaded for the first time since launch takes a bit longer to load. That issue naturally goes away if you launch each level at least once, for example in practice. The game seems to maintain quick loading times even on bad hardware (my 16:28 RI1 run was done on a very slow laptop and the levels still loaded instantly).

It has also been brought to my attention that transitions between level clear, end results and the map could be inconsistent. I've made a comparison including all these transitions and the biggest total discrepancy was 6 frames (0.1s) which could very well be tied to human error (the 2 outliers in the video are a result of glaring mistakes on the level selection). Therefore I don't think it's that important to remove loading times.
