Would this count in NMG?
Are Out Of Bounds glitches like this banned in NMG?
I don't really know if its faster or not (it probably isn't but still thought it was cool)

i think all out of bounds glitches like that are banned in NMG, including ILs which all follow the NMG ruleset. i know noise oh shit ILs used to have a similar out of bounds glitch that was banned before it was patched so it's pretty fair to say this isn't allowed either
Tiny Update to Rules Regarding Ingame Timer
We noticed that the rules did not specify that the ingame timer should display three decimals. This had become an expectation on our part, but it seems we overlooked reflecting this in the rules. This has been fixed.
