This post has already been made in the speedrun discord but for the sake of runners who aren't in the discord or don't want to join it. The rule change is below.

As of September 9th 2024, Html5 speedruns of Penguin Diner will now require using the following FPS monitor web extension going forward. Html5 runs submitted to SR.com without this tool in use will be rejected. Runs already on the leaderboard have had a note added to them and will stay on the leaderboard as exceptions.
