[mode note] 0:08-0:09 This bhop jump isn't allowed by current bhops rules (https://www.speedrun.com/outlast/news/06qkg46r) on PC so I add 0.2 penalty because of the 1st run. Pls don't do it again in future full runs. You can do this bhop jump only in ILs (bhops subcategory)

Change to the Buttbounce Rule in Glitchless!
After discussing this a lot, the Mod Team decided that Buttbounces are now officially allowed in the Glitchless category!
Why the change?
- A buttbounce is only a visual effect, it behaves exactly like a regular jump.
- Buttbounces only save about 3-4 frames whi
