Holy moley what a run! Had the worst School you can get while still being able to continue, not a great Graveyard, and the worst Medical. BUT an almost literally perfect bathroom (especially with the discovery of dev warp), and a perfect Attic. Those two make such a huge difference for time. Not sure how much this can be realistically improved, sum of best says sub 14 is possible, but running the math it's literally a one-in-a-million chance.
