Defeat puppets until drain effect obtained
Run over to the black chest in the back and destroy it for 3 Iron Ores (300 Ryo)

Chapter 1
~~~~~~~
Go to shop and use money from selling Iron Ores to buy Air Dash and put it in Naruto's skill plate
Go into back left corner where an empty room with a chest is. Break it to get an Antler (1500 Ryo)
Switch to Kakashi to finish off goons more quickly
Jump and press square to get across the area more quickly after destroying the water containers.
Go into the left corner after taking out the first water container and break the chest. There should be 30 multi shuris in there that can be used for speeding up encounters.
Repeat until victory screen appears

Chapter 2

Go to shop and use money from selling Antler to buy Orb Absorb and Tai boosters
Use only Naruto to take out the goons on the ship
Go into nine-tailed mode and spam rasengan to take out bandit boss
Level up Tai-attack before entering chapter 3

Chapter 3
~~~~~~~~
Use Naruto's combos to take out Kankuro or alternatively use Shikimaru and spam fire kunais on him until he dies
Use Shikimaru to quickly take out the waves of goons with Shadow Possession Jutsu. Press square to throw out kunais after trapping them. Shift between both ends of the area to reduce lag and make goons spawn in slightly more quickly.
Rinse and Repeat until victory screen appears

Chapter 4

Use Naruto only to take out the goons on the way to the clock tower
Drop all the way down to the bottom of the stairs at the end before fighting the hoard of puppets and grab the Gold Bar.
Use Naruto to take out puppets until victory screen appears.

Chapter 6

When returning back to the leaf village, grab the spread kunai-As over in the back corner by the ramen shop. Make your way back out of the village and use □ combos and singular □ with Naruto to take out the lizard. If you get hit with a spin, mash X to quickly recover and do a □ kick in midair. 

Chapter 7

Use Lee's Δ□□ combo to take out pillars until the barrier is gone
Jump and press Δ to do a spin kick with Naruto on the bee until it falls to the ground. Do singular □ punches until the bee gets up and rinse and repeat until the bee dies.

Chapter 8
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Use Naruto's □□+o combo to destroy the puppets before heading back to the village. They should die really quickly with the spread kunais from Chapter 6 if you have any leftover. If Naruto dies, use Lee as a backup.
When you get to the giant red and blue puppet fight, use Δ and □ combos with Naruto to take out the blue one quickly. Spam Shadow Clones on the red one until your spirit gauge is at max.
Activate Spirit gauge and use ΔΔ with naruto until the red giant puppet dies.

Chapter 9

Look for a set of wooden chests in a mini T formation. Break the one on the far right to obtain 50x Multi Shurikens. Use them (or Spread Kunai-As if you have any leftover) to speed up the puppet hoards you run into on your way down from the castle. Switch to Gaara when you fight Sakura and spam Sand Wall on her until she dies. Use the strat for the bees in Chapter 7; rinse and repeat until all 3 of the bees die.

Chapter 10

Use any extra money you have leftover to buy revives and Dual items in case you need them for the final fight
Go out of your way to a lone area where there is a tree and a wooden chest. There should be Multi Shuriken-Sx30s in there.
Use the same strat against the lizard in Chapter 6
Use Kakashi for the fight against Naruto and use □Δ□Δ combo until he dies.
Spam shadow clones until the cutscene for the next phase for puppet master triggers
Use Multi-Shuri-Ss to take out the orbs quickly and deal as much damage as you can with regular combos before he recovers. Rinse and repeat until next phase, and use revives if you die to a thunder blast.
Throw out singular □ punches while holding towards the right to avoid getting hit by shadow breath in next phase. If you see him jumping to pull out spikes in front of him, step away until they're gone and attack him.
Rinse and repeat until he pushes you away at low health. Stay out of his area so you don't get hit by hit one hit kill move then go back in and attack until he dies.
