Hey there, If I'm doing Gold File no extra health (which judging from my experience would take a long time) can I pause the timer and sleep or do I have to do it all in one sitting. What if I do multiple sittings, where I play for a few hours, show on camera all stats, show logging off, and then the next section when I log on I show me going in and show all the stats to prove I'm not cheating, the combine all the clips together so I can upload it. would that be okay as I'm showing I'm not doing anything off-camera, or do I have to do the potentially >24 hours all in one sitting?

I would say that's fine for such a long run, but you would have to ask the moderators

You can take a break because it's such a long run, but you should leave the game in the same place when you reconnect the next day for example so as not to be suspected of cheating
