Im starting to train to do some attempts to the all stage category and am curious Since i didn't saw anything in the category, or the game rules i want ask: is it against the rules using Rapid Fire or Autocharge? im asking because you can toggle it on the options and since slow mode is considered against the rules i want to know if there are any problem in using these options

Nope, auto charge and rapid are absolutely allowed. I'd even say theyre recommended.
