Is there a trick to do this jump to the high jump shoe shop or is the only 'reliable' way to go get the Blimp first?

I forget who I heard it from, but I understood it is random. I considered there is a subpixel issue but no matter what manner I tried the jump, I found nothing reliable. Maybe someone can confirm here.

No solid confirm on the technical side, but it seems like if you nudge just under the platform and jump high enough to bonk your head it seems to help; this may be purely coincidental however. I do wish there was a reliable way to test it.

Probably determined by random numbers, but..,

• 1. Jump
• 2. Jump and hit the ceiling
• 3. jump
• 4. jump and hit the ceiling
• 5. go down one step
• 6. go up one step
• 7. jump and hit the ceiling
• 8. Jump

If you do this process, you can always go up somewhere.
