Improvement on the fastest currently known fastest strategy for Olga. The improvement, found by ChewableProzac, is to shoot the second shot really early. Olga will have a faster animation going into the third shot. This might be maxed out, or really close to it, as going too fast with the second shot will make the fight into a five-shot fight.
