After dozens of tries and finally getting good luck I was able to get sub 3. Didn't get a quick kill on the bandit and missed a few shots, I think this can still be brought down a good bit. Sorry for the music, its what I was listening to. I used a macro when creating a character but didn't use it during the run. (My finger gets tired from mashing all the stats.)
