While we certainly see the sentiment, we aren't interested in doing that for a couple reasons. One being continuity with the rest of the board and continuity with how other lego games have handled situations similar to this one. More importantly, with the timing rules used in this game it can be difficult to pinpoint exactly what the start frame is for runs. This means adding milliseconds could potentially lead to more problems than benefits, with runs possibly being mistimed by a few frames leading to incorrect placements.
