I wish I had a good answer but I don't. I believe it's a type of recording tech, you'd have to ask nes about it tbh (he's the one that added that). If you don't know what it is, it's more than likely you can just say no to that variable.
Yeah, iirc it's recording software. I never use it myself; I just stick with a phone. And I think no is the default option now, so you might not even have to worry about changing that?
its a software for homebrewed 3DS's that lets you wirelessly stream the video from the screens to your computer. sometimes in certain games it messes with the clock speed but its no big deal for this game.
