Level 2 works slightly differently than Level 1 in terms of how to control King K. It's much easier to get height in this level, when you jump, as long as King K's feet are pointed towards the sky, you can go up forever! The boosters on the rainbow road are tricky sometimes, it may take a couple attempts to get all the way up. Once you hit the "Be cautious of wind!" sign, make sure to go forwards slightly while letting the wind move you in the correct direction. The path isn't completely straight forward so you will need to move forwards while being sped across the platforms.
