Updating runs to remove load times

Due to load times being extremely variable, not only between console and PC, but also between any of the PC runs, we will be updating to Real Time without Loads (LRT). Load times will be calculated starting from the first frame of the buffer circle to the first frame after the buffer circle does not appear for solo runs, and the first frame after the "Waiting for players..." does not appear for co-op runs. The total load time will be subtracted from the Real Time (RTA).
