Intended rule change. There needs to be some rules as the full game and IL are really messy and the WR just do shortcuts which havent been declared illegal.What i propose is a rule of 1 wheel always on the road except over the bridge in PP , over the wall on the plank in PP and the AD jump. This make make all the run somewhat fairer. Thanks for reading.

I don't think it's the best solution as then most of the top runs will have to be banned, but it is a solution.
